RETURN & EXCHANGE

• NO REFUND EXCHANGE ONLY.

• All products must be UNWORN and in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

• All exchange will need proof of purchase (original receipt).

• Any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not related to error by us is NON EXCHANGEABLE.

• NO EXCHANGE ON ORDERS OVER 3 DAYS (days are being counted from day of delivery).

• ALL SALE items purchase are final.

• Swimsuits are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange, all swimsuit purchase are final. Customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs, shipping costs are NON REFUNDABLE.

• To return your product, please mail your product to (33 South St, Unit 1, Quincy MA 02169).

• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for exchange product to reach you, may vary.

All customers are advised to send all return using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned it if it's not trackable (This is not recommend but is advised).
