How do I know if my order has been shipped?

All orders will take 1-3 business days to be processed, excluded weekends and holidays. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

 You will receive a confirmation that will state the processing time. Once your order is shipped, delivery can take five (5) business days within the U.S. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Once the order ships, a tracking number will be send to you. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number provided. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving the tracking number for an update. 

All orders are ship via USPS.

To avoid delay on your order, we asked that you make sure your shipping address is complete and correct (including apt and house numbers) as this may also delay your order from being shipped.

If you were not sent a tracking number after three (3) business days, it would be ideal if you mail us at bawdywerkitarf@yahoo.com. Please check your junk/spam inbox at that point and contact us. Shipping information are send to the e-mail address you entered at checkout. Please be sure to enter the correct mail address at checkout.

Please note that sometimes a delay may happen when there's a sale, restocking/launching, and holidays. Also, your delivery date may change due to weather conditions or high demand by the carrier.

After my order is submitted, can I make changes to it or cancel it?

In order to accommodate changes or cancellations you will need to contact us within the same day you placed your order. If you reach out to us the next business day you placed the order, we cannot guarantee the order can be changed or canceled. Most orders are processed during non-business hours to ensure fast shipping. Depending on our volume, we may not be able to make any changes. If you make an error or want to cancel your order after it has been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund. If the order has not shipped and we can accommodate a cancellation, refunds can take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank. We can only ship to the address entered at checkout.

What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?

To begin with, please check the status of the tracking number given to you. In case it states your package is undeliverable please e-mail us at bawdywerkitarf@yahoo.com and we'll instruct you on how to proceed. If your package is returned to us, we are going to contact you through e-mail to ask for an upgraded shipping address so that we can resend it to you. A small return expense will be invoiced to you to cover return costs due to the unclaimed, invalid/undeliverable, address given to us. This will need to be paid before we re-shipping your package. Your package must be received before we make any changes or re-sending the order. Please be sure to enter your shipping address at checkout accurately to maintain a strategic distance from delays in getting your order. We don't refund shipping expenses.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments via Debit/Credit Card via PayPal in U.S. Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing their personal information. 

Please make sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays or declines.

At this time, we don't accept any other form of payment.
